• Each person may open one account only.
• G bagee services may not be used in jurisdictions where they are prohibited by law.
• All information must be accurate and truthful — providing false information will result in account termination.

To register on g bagee, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. This includes your name, date of birth, phone number, and payment details. g bagee follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process — identity verification may be required before large withdrawals.

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Never share your password with anyone. g bagee will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your account.

• A maximum of one account is permitted per person.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited.
• A national ID card or passport may be required for identity verification.
• Contact the support team to update your account information.
• Registering with false or fraudulent information will result in account termination and balance forfeiture.

G bagee supports transactions through all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits are generally instant, and withdrawals are processed within 3–5 business days.

The minimum deposit on g bagee is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500. A maximum daily withdrawal limit applies, and higher limits may be available for VIP members.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may be withheld if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or in another person's name are strictly prohibited.
• If a suspicious transaction is detected, g bagee may place a hold on the payment until verification is complete.

G bagee offers a variety of bonuses and promotions — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty points. Each bonus comes with its own wagering requirements and validity period.

Claiming a bonus means you have accepted the specific terms attached to it. Bonus cash cannot be withdrawn directly — the designated wagering requirements must be fulfilled first.

• The validity period for each bonus offer will be stated individually.
• Each offer may only be claimed once.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account suspended.
• Wagering requirements are typically 15–30x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• G bagee reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Once a bet is finalized on g bagee, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a technical issue arises after a bet has been accepted, g bagee will review the details of the incident and make a final determination.

In Sports Betting, official results are considered final. If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded. In Live Casino games, if a round is cancelled due to a technical error, g bagee will provide a resolution on a round-by-round basis.

• Odds on g bagee may change at any time — the odds in effect at the time a bet is placed will apply.
• G bagee reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a system error.
• Any bet suspected of being connected to match-fixing or manipulation will be placed under investigation.
• Placing coordinated bets on the same match from multiple accounts is prohibited.

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on g bagee to ensure fair platform operation and protect the interests of all members. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in permanent account closure.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus system abuse or bonus hunting.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyberattack on the platform.
• Operating an account under a false identity or in someone else's name.

You can close your g bagee account at any time. Make sure to withdraw any available balance before doing so. g bagee also reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts in cases of rule violations.

• Self-exclusion periods range from 6 months to permanent, depending on your preference.
• A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts with no activity for 12 months.
• After account closure, personal data will be retained to meet legal and regulatory requirements.

The g bagee platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to deliver the best possible service, temporary disruptions may occur due to technical issues, scheduled maintenance, or external factors.

G bagee is not liable for any indirect damages, lost profits, or losses arising from special circumstances. g bagee will not be held responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection or device-related issues.
